1. Turn off at Junction 4 of the M3 and take the A331 towards Aldershot
2. Take the A323 (Ash Road) into Aldershot and follow the signs for the Pools Complex, turning Left at the third set of traffic lights onto the Lower Farnham Road (B3208)
3. Go straight over the mini roundabout then take the second road on the left (Guildford road) follow the brown signs
4. At the bottom of Guildford road turn Left into Aldershot Park and follow that road to the end
5. The changing rooms are just past the Green shed on the left hand side
