Under 8's Rugby - what is it all about?

The U8´s is the second year of the RFU´s Continuum and Tag rugby, a completely non contact, safe and enjoyable variant of the game which allows them time to learn the basic handling and evasive skills before the continuum´s staggered introduction of the contact side of the game at U9´s.
